Vacancy: Experienced Call Centre Manager

Location: Krugersdorp
Salary: Market Related
Position: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager with a proven track record of leading high-performance teams within a target-driven environment. The ideal candidate must have the ability to motivate staff, achieve KPIs, and drive overall operational success.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in call centre management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and drive a team

Ability to hire, train, and develop staff

Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs, sales targets, and operational goals

Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure

Experience in performance management and process improvement


Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the call centre

Drive team performance to ensure targets and KPIs are consistently met

Recruit, onboard, and train call centre agents

Implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Monitor performance metrics and prepare management reports

Motivate and support staff to maintain a positive and results-driven environment

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Vacancy: Call Centre Agents – Krugersdorp

Location: Krugersdorp
Salary: Market Related / Performance-Based
Position: Full-Time

We are looking for experienced Call Centre Agents with strong cold-calling and customer service abilities. If you are target-driven, motivated, and confident on the phone, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ cold-calling experience

Current experience in a sales or cold-calling environment (non-negotiable)

Strong ability to reach daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication skills

Strong customer care skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

Motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively


Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients

Promote and sell our tracking solutions

Meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up notes

Provide excellent customer care and service at all times

Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive environment
